Las Mercedes: Sauvignon Blanc
Las Mercedes, Sauvignon Blanc/Barrel Fermented is a sincere but complex wine produced with grapes specially selected from our coastal vineyard Batuco.
Once in the cellar, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels of first use and afterwards aged for 6 months.
Loyal to our commitment in making unique wines, this Sauvignon Blanc is produced in a very limited quantity of only 10 barrels.
This wine has a penetrating golden color. On the palate, tropical fruits blended with hazelnuts.
