Las Mercedes, Ensamblaje is an elegante Premium wine with a distinct terroir expresión.
This wine is produced thanks to the creative passion of the recognized French wine consultant Patrick Valette (amongst others, ex owner of Chateau Pavie in Saint Emilion).
This wine is produced mostly with grapes from oue vineyard are specially selected by hand. In the cellar, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
As a faithful expresión of our commitment in making unique wines, Las Mercedes, limited Edition, Ensamblaje is produced in a limited quantity of only 40 barrels.
This wine has a velvety color, with pronounced notes of fruit, wich achieve its balance thanks to a delightful structure and acidity.
